1950’s – Making History
Art Carr Performance Products was in the first sanctioned race held by NHRA with a "D" street roadster powered by a 228cid 6 -cyl Chevrolet. It posted amazing times and speeds to become one of the first NHRA winners.
1960’s – New lines, new experiences
Art Carr Performance Products developed new lines of products for Chevrolet, Chrysler and Ford vehicles. During these formative years, Art Carr Performance Products was involved in the first dragsters, funny cars, super stocks and "A" Gas Supercharged models. Virtually every form of drag racing provided the background and knowledge to continue the development of leading edge products through the '70s and '80s, continuing into the '90's.
